What do you do to my system exactly during an event?

An event is typically broken into two phases: first we pre-charge, so that your battery is as close to 100% capacity as possible by the time the actual event starts, and then we discharge. Most of the time your system will be set to charge from the sun, and then discharge at maximum power, first to your home, with any remaining electricity going to the grid. In order to achieve this we might temporarily update your system configuration, but fear not it will be automatically reverted back to your preferred settings once the event ends.
